Square Root Justice, LLC (company, us, we) and its employee(s)/agent(s) take pride in processing your order so that you have a positive experience that will return you for more. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We understand mishaps may happen and as such, all returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the date of postal service delivery to the shipment address. Due to COVID-19 and the protection and safety for all, ordered items will only be accepted for return for the following reasons:

 

1) Clothing item(s) within the package are received damaged due to shipping.

2) The customer receives the incorrect ordered item.

 

RETURN PROCESS   

All returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging. To return an item(s), you must first notify Square Root Justice, LLC’s Customer Service Department via email at [email protected] within the aforementioned seven (7) days to report the problem. Once your email notification is received, processed and approved for return, please place the item (s) securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return item(s).

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your returned item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of our return to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return and credit (if applicable) has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

1) Facial masks

2) Worn clothing item(s)

3) Clothing item(s) damaged outside of shipping movements.

 

* There will be no exchange of any item(s).
